Refund Method
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Refund will be proceded after Cancellation of tour / travel and Cancellation Charges would be as follows:
Cancellation before 60 days from departure can be refund of 90% of the tour.
Cancellation before 45 days from departure can be refund of 80% of the tour.
Cancellation before 15 days from departure can be refund of 75% of the tour.
Cancellation before 07 days from departure can be refund of 50% of the tour.
In case of Special Journeys and peak season bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).
